The Carros de Foc route may only be done with a previous reservation.
The reservation can only be done through the Reservation Center of Carros de Foc. It is necessary to present the confirmed reservation at the refuges where you will stay.
Media pensión (MP): (Half board)

Pass:
45 € per person in the Sky Runner category
35 € per person in the Open category
(Includes: pass, Coolmax hat, crossing kit ( light towel, ear plugs ), Alpine Carros de Foc map 1:25,000, bag sheet, Finisher award.
The reservation will be done with “pre-reservation” of 10€ as a deposit. 10 days before beginning the route (at the latest) clients must pay the entire amount of the route.
When the reservation is made 10 days or less from starting date the entire portion of the bill must be paid.
Privacy Policy
The personal data obtained with any of the forms of www.carrosdefoc.com will be incorporated into an automatic file which complies with the laws for protection of personal data. This information will be used exclusively for the organization of solicited services and to inform of the activities of the Carros de Foc.
Personal information will only be given to the refuges and will not be given to other individuals and will not be used for other purposes without the authorization of the individual in question.
Enrolling in the Sky Runner category, Carros de Foc understands that the racers authorize the publication of their name and race time of the route in the Sky Runner Ranking.
In any case, the clients who have given Carros de Foc their personal information have the right, in any moment, to access, change or cancel via email to carrosdefoc@carrosdefoc.com or in writing at the following address: Carros de Foc, Avda. Pas d’ Arro, nº 40 baixos, 25530 Vielha, Spain.
If a reservation is cancelled 10 days or more before starting date, the entire amount will be returned. If the reservation is cancelled 10 days or less before the starting date of the route, the returned amount will be reduced at a rate of 10,00€ per person per day.
If the client does not stay at the refuge selected in the reservation due to circumstances beyond control, the payment must be paid in full to said refuge. At a later date, Carros de Foc will return the portion of the lodging not used reducing the amount 10,00€ per person per day including the deposit.
There is the option of paying for accident and / or cancellation insurance.
The confirmation of the reservation assumes the complete acceptance and understanding of all the above points.
