General Rules

• The crossing of Carros de Foc (with forfeit) can only be completed with reservation in advance.
• The reservation has to be done through the Carros de Foc Reservation Central
• It is necessary to show the confirmed booking in refuges where you will stay overnight.
• The reservation is done by a deposit of 15 € per person and night.
• The reservation will not be effective until the bank deposit is done.
• The price for boarding will be paid in the corresponding refuge, deducting the amount of the deposit.
• Confirmed boarding will be kept until 19h on the arrival day; if you see you are going to be late, contact the refuge to keep your reservation.
• The deposit for a specific date and refuge cannot be swapped for other dates and refuges.
• The boarding specification cannot not be changed.
• In case of a cancellation, the refuge will retain the following amounts:
  . Cancellation before 15 days, 25% of the deposit.
  . Cancellation before 15 and 7 days, 50% of the deposit.
  . Cancellation in less than 7 days, 100% of the deposit.
• Confirming a reservation means understanding and accepting the previous conditions.
